Do you have property to liquidate and dont have a clue where to begin? We're here to help you! Estate sale solutions takes care of everything from A to Z and remember there is NEVER any money required upfront. We have an experienced and professional team that takes care of the sorting, organizing, pricing, and staffing the sale. Our team has years of sales experience and can get you top dollar for your items.
Pricing info:
We charge a 150.00 setup fee + 35% of the total sales. The fee includes advertising cost and setup. However, no money is required upfront. We don't get paid, til you get paid!
Step by step of an average sale:
First meeting:
•Meet with homeowner and go over items in the house.
•Book a date for the sale.
Before estate sale:
• We come to your house when it is convenient to you and begin setting up.
• We organize and professionally tag all items in your sale. All antiques, collectibles, etc will be researched.
• Sale is run from 9am to 5pm on all sale days.
• In a typical 3 day sale 1st day is full price, 2nd day is 25%, and 3rd day is 50% off. 2 day sales are handled as follows: 1st day is full price, 2nd day 25% off til noon, after noon 50% and we begin to liquidate as much as possible.
• After the sale we can either call or do a walk through with you (your choice). You can than decide what to do with the remaining items. We can coordinate a donation pick up from the charity of your choosing. You will receive a receipt for any donations made.
